Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our growing Temporary Fence Division in Breckenridge.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for the Temporary Fence sales team
• Track projects and customer orders from initial setup through completion
• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and ensure required documentation is complete
• Collect, organize, and maintain certificates of insurance and project records
• Assist with customer prequalification and compliance requirements
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Assist with project scheduling, status updates, and follow-up
• Help identify and resolve administrative issues that could delay projects
• Keep project information accurate, organized, and up to date

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in project coordination, operations, sales coordination, administration, or office support preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Construction, fencing, contractor, or subcontractor experience is a plus
