Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is hiring Fence Installers to join our McDonough, GA team. Whether you have previous fencing experience or have worked in construction, landscaping, roofing, concrete, or general labor, this is an opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow with an established company.

Paid training is provided, and motivated team members have opportunities to advance.

What You'll Do

• Install commercial fencing, gates, and perimeter security systems
• Work with chain link, vinyl/PVC, wood, aluminum, and temporary fencing
• Measure and lay out fence lines according to project specifications
• Dig post holes, set posts, and install rails, wire, gates, and hardware
• Use hand tools, power tools, augers, and other construction equipment
• Load, unload, and safely transport materials
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of fence installation, construction, or general labor experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience driving trucks and towing trailers is a plus
• Comfortable using basic construction tools and reading a tape measure
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work
