Perimeter Solutions Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Fence Installation Supervisor to lead commercial fencing crews throughout the Savannah area. What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise a 2–3 person fence installation crew
• Coordinate daily job site activities and maintain productivity
• Install commercial fencing systems, including:
  • Chain Link
  • Wood
  • PVC/Vinyl
  • Aluminum
  • Ornamental/Wrought Iron
• Measure layouts and ensure accurate fence placement
• Set posts, mix and pour concrete, and perform installation work
• Operate tools, equipment, trucks, and trailers safely
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with management, customers, and crew members

Qualifications

• Previous fence installation experience is required
• Prior crew leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience towing trailers and operating work vehicles
• CDL is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must successfully pass a background check
