Fence Installer Job Summary

Perimeter Solutions Group is hiring a Fence Installer / Fence Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on construction role installing commercial fencing systems including chain link, wood, vinyl (PVC), aluminum, and temporary fence.

Key Responsibilities

• Install chain link, wood, vinyl (PVC), and aluminum fencing
• Dig post holes, set posts in concrete, and ensure proper alignment
• Stretch wire, install rails, gates, and hardware
• Perform layout and measurements for fence installation
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and augers
• Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site
• Follow all safety standards (OSHA) and company procedures
• Work with a small crew to complete projects on time

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fence installation or construction experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience with trucks and trailers is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, bend, kneel, and work physically throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
